Yes. Our first consultation, site measurement and initial design concept are completely free — you only pay once you approve a design and sign off on the quote.

Absolutely. You can select from our standard material palette (laminate, acrylic, PU, veneer) or request specific finishes. Our showroom lets you see and feel every option before deciding.
Yes. We use BWP (boiling waterproof) grade plywood in all wet-area units like kitchens and bathroom vanities, along with E1-grade low-emission boards throughout. See our Product Quality & Specifications page for full detail.
Yes — a large share of our projects are renovations. Our team will assess your existing plumbing, electrical and structural layout before finalising a design.
Payments & Aftercare
After you sign on.
Typically a booking amount at design confirmation, a milestone payment before manufacturing, and the balance on completion of installation. Exact terms are outlined in your project agreement.
We offer a 10-year structural warranty on cabinetry and a 2-year warranty on hardware and fittings. Full terms are on our Warranty & Care page.
Our aftercare team handles service requests via phone, email or WhatsApp, with most minor issues resolved within 3-5 working days.
